At Round Man Brewing Co., we work hard to provide an exceptional meal for our guests. Our products, cooking style and philosophy reflect that goal as our award-winning Executive Chef, Christopher Ray, continues to create an innovative and educational craft kitchen.
- We rely on natural sweetening elements from potatoes, fruits and vegetables - instead of adding sugar.
- Our burgers are hand pattied, using our house-recipe blend of delicious, drool-worthy meats.
- We slow-roast our meats in the smoker for up to 12 hours to achieve the most perfect, home-cooked, northwoods flavor you can imagine.
- We source as much of our produce locally as we can - some from just down the road. Spencer inspects every green bean for size, shape and snappy-ness (that's a joke, he's too busy testing the whiskeys).

BACKYARD BURGERS by RMB
A 1/3-pound trio of our private blend of meats, hand-pattied and seasoned to order. Char grilled and served on a toasted egg bun. Garnished with our house favorite seasoned fries and Tony Packo's Pickles.

Beer Battered Perch served with seven day slaw, tartar, house fries or baked sweet potato.
